Warrior Programs are divided into 4 levels based on how many training sessions the athlete will complete each training week. Program levels 1 - 3 all contain specific skill work as well as performance drills and skills every day where level 4 will only have performance drills and skills.
Level 1: Up to 5 Training Sessions per week
Level 2: 3-4 Training Sessions per week
Level 3: 2 Training Sessions per week
Level 4: 2 Training Sessions per week
