Lacrosse is truly the first real warrior sport, the warriors of Native American tribes used the game to prove there skills. The athlete that plays lacrosse truly needs to be well rounded. There is no other sport that asks the participant to not only be strong and resilient but must be fast and agile. The player must be able to take and hit and then return with an equal or more devastating blow. They must also be able to catch and throw and run with a ball in an open basket, which takes control and stability. Warrior has been developing and providing some of the most cutting edge LAX programs in the area, with participants playing at the highest levels.
